What materials are used for banners and how are they attached?
We use only high-quality and durable materials. Our tarpaulins are weatherproof, UV-resistant, and tear-resistant, ensuring reliable performance even under demanding outdoor conditions. For windy locations, we offer special mesh tarpaulins that are breathable thanks to their structure while still maintaining excellent print quality. For indoor use, we also offer flame-retardant materials such as B1-certified textiles.
To ensure secure installation, we custom-make each tarpaulin to perfectly suit its intended application. Depending on your needs, we can equip it with grommets at various intervals, reinforced edges, pole sleeves or keder rails, and hook-and-loop fasteners. We take the time to provide you with comprehensive advice on the best fastening solution for your project.
What must be given special attention when installing facade coverings?
The material used should be weather-resistant, tear-resistant, UV-stable, and, depending on the location, also flame-retardant (e.g., B1-certified). The selection depends on factors such as desired transparency, print quality, air permeability, and applicable fire safety regulations.
Since facade coverings must withstand strong winds and weather conditions, a well-designed tensioning system is particularly important. It ensures that the tensile force is distributed evenly, material movement is compensated for, and the structure remains stable in the long term. Aluminum profiles, keder rails, cable tensioning systems, or substructures made of steel or aluminum are used for this purpose.
